RIGHT! LOW FLOAT! AND WHEN THAT HAPPENS ....

....the PPS should naturally rise due to supply being lower than demand
BUT it's important to keep in mind that the Market Maker can walk the PPS UP artificially to create sell off profit taking so that supply is freed up and then the PPS will begin to Fall OR they can engage in Naked Short Selling that will have the same effect.
