Good point. Let me say first, there's a difference between what I wish and what I think. I think the Supremes cancelling the warrants is complete pie in the sky, an extraordinary remedy to punish the government for acting in bad faith. I honestly believe if the conservator was a private actor he'd be in a prison cell right now.
But honestly, canning the warrants ain't about to happen. The Supremes aren't in the practice of giving relief they aren't asked for (which is why I see no direct benefit to the shareholders), but a guy can wish.
