As previously disclosed, there were 501,780,240 $AMC shares outstanding as of June 2, 2021, the record date for the Shareholder Meeting scheduled for July 29, 2021

Advance voting will begin on June 16, with most shareholders eligible to vote by internet through 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on July 28

So if after June 16th no Proxy Package you call your Brokerage and say that you're a AMC shareholder and need the CONTROL NUMBER to proxy vote

Once you have that you go to the AMC Investor Relations page and click the appropriate voting link

Still have no proxy from $AMC. How can AA get an accurate count of shareholders if orders have been put to bed?
I was buying and started out with 57 shares back in March. Now I have many many more. Have all of my buy orders been delayed in reporting? Since March?
