The article clearly links Mark Schena. Notice the use of language: "other defendants" identified in the Wednesday announcement.

If they weren't linked they wouldn't be other defendants. They would be an entirely separate criminal case and not mentioned at all.

I wonder how many of the 11 other criminals mentioned in that article were trading $ARYC Common...
