Crazy thing is...... I haven’t looked here since Wednesday morning.
Went into a Dr visit because I was peeing a very minor amount of blood for the past 6 months. Only every now and then.
Maybe 10 times in total and not enough to discolor the actual urine.

Went in Wednesday to a 10am Dr appointment to get a cysto. That’s a camera inserted up a male pee hole. It was very painful but my wife made me do it.
Dr told me to please look at the screen. Well, yup a nice big tumor of bladder cancer.
Had a CR scan yesterday and fortunately no other cancer in kidneys or other organs...... only bladder.
I am very healthy with zero health issues. Never had a surgery or anything else. No family has ever had any cancer and both of my parents still living.
I smoked fairly heavy from 14 to 24 about 2 packs a day. I am 41 now and the doctor says it’s more than likely the smoking. 20 years later from heavy smoking has given me bladder cancer.

I am upbeat and will beat this. Surgery set for the 24th to remove. Every 3 months camera check in bladder for new cancer for 2 years. Then every 6 months to a year for life.

Pretty crazy stuff. I know who has my back. ‘For those that love me I use ALL things for your good’.
Different things grow in the valleys of life than the peaks. If I survive and become cancer free then I will become a much better stronger servant and man for the kingdom.

It’s obviously hard to think of the other way with my 4 small children and my wife of 18 years but life has its trials.

I hope and pray for a cure for the human suffering of cancer. I hope and pray that the DR can work a miracle for future generations.
