I just heard a staggering story about the ex-CEO of Venturis Therapeutics, Daniel C. Montano (affectionately known as Conman Dan), SHITTYA’s now CEO who is in personal bankruptcy.
This was related by our friend at VT.
I’m told you can check this out at the SEC website for Helen of Troy (HELE). Apparently, Conman Dan in 2004 exercised options in a company he used to be on the board, HELE. He screwed his ex-wife out of around $700,000 when he exercised options without disclosing it to his ex-wife. Typical Conman Dan. The frightening thing is that if he hadn’t sold the stock but had held it would be worth today over $100 million!!!!!!!!
Can you imagine Conman with $100,000,000?????
Once again conman, in the act of being a conman screwed not only his ex-wife, but himself. Yet another genius move by CONMAN DAN
