1.3m shares will not take long to go through assuming they sell 10 to 12 % per day. If our volume keeps up these will be gone soon. I really believe that incentive to hold a( 10% divi) , and proceeds from 1.3m will release the stock from financier selling pressure enabling it to move up.
Once that pressure is gone we can get to $4.00 easily
