Let’s say for a second this $2 Billion dollar arrangement were real...

That arrangement (where near as I can tell there hasn’t been a single delivery or payment towards) was done during the height of the pandemic.

Now all of the sudden masks aren’t required and sure, hand sanitizer is used, but many of the disinfecting routes are being simply disregarded.

So you agree at the time with the deal, you may be seeing a lesser need for masks and gloves and other PPE. Now it may seem like $2 billion may have been an overshot.

No matter what...show me a single OPTI tweet or Press Release that says the $2 Billion dollar deal is still actually a deal.
