My thoughts on this response:

Hmmmm. Since Pure Romance is NOT a reporting or public company yet, if the deal was off, then I would think they would be free to state that it is. If the deal was still on, they would be bound by "insider trading" laws via proxy of the public company they are planning to merge with.

Now, that being said, who's to say they didn't change their mind about UVCL? But if that were the case, then they could have freely stated that the deal is off with UVCL but they are exploring other options.

IMO, the deal is still on and we will get an update as such.

Anyone disagree and think I'm dreaming?
