To say that the ~$20 (total) drop just before and at the time of the announcement was just a coincidence???

Yeah and I’ll sell you a bridge over a swamp.

I was giving myself more time to think about this move and thought that this was probably a better choice than these shareholders to just sell to the Market and start filing a bunch of Form 4’s and spook the investors. This might be a longer-term negative.

Just announcing the sale at a “sacrifice” and then the company joining with 1M themselves is a temporary “hit”, but then after the shares are sold and the dust settles, we move back up and higher!

Even Credit Suisse believes this!
