..I might add that with this share structure a forward split is a consideration to hold on to (not to be confused with a reverse split)... Now THAT would be sweet.

For the sake of conversation...Solid assets are placed here (and you know they will be) followed by a 3 for 1 forward split would put this at a 681 milly O.S.
...That is still ridiculously low and the shareholder has 3 times as many shares (with the adjusted PPS of course).

I have never seen this not be a good thing for the shareholder, just look at Microsoft (multiple 2 for 1 forwards).

Now before anyone crawls up my as* for bringing up Microsoft in a penny stock conversation consider this, we are dealing with a man (George Sharp) that is basically an OTC miracle worker....

I guess all I'm trying to say is that with this share structure there is a LOT of room to be creative and grow moving forward.
