Yes..I believe that too. The only caveat for me is the timing of the merger /announcement and plans need to happen well before they start any potential dilution here..which I believe it will have to be announced in late June or early July latest..at least a PR that states where they are if not completed already. Quiet period in SD ends June 25 (or thereabouts)...so need Todd/Barry or vice versa to get on their bullhorns and start communicating what's happened
