As mentioned before: The patent was filed by the company Mondobiotech that is now Relief Therapeutics on 07 September 2007, granted on 21 March 2011 and published on 25 March 2011. It is valid 20 years from date of filing.

The fact that a company is searching for approval for India (1.36 BILLION residents vs. 330 MILLION in USA) is the biggest news for this drug since July 2020 when they applied for EAP.
