During this quarter ended March 31, 2021, the Company has been evaluating several opportunities
to deploy its location-based and social media sentiment AI tools in a collaboration with certain projects and
currently developing collaborative projects and tools for an intended public use launch.
B. Going Concern
The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will
continue as a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and the liquidation of liabilities in
the normal course of business. As of March 31, 2021 the Company does not have revenues sufficient to
