YEt POS DSGT near 52 week low and dropping daily.
This will never move above $0.20.
Selling will drop his to $0.15 and then back to pennies.

They are desperate for cash and will not make it to Nasdaq
Therefore NO financing with Maxim.
They will need to do toxic lending and conversion debt to get cash.
They need $20 million.

That is why they kept the AS at 350,00,000.
There will be some significant dilution post split.
Stock will drop another 90%.
