Don't wanna bs, but why market cap should absolutely be maintained? Don't you think that if they fail to close the deal it will drop like a rock? With all the debt, losses, Admall no more existing, zero margin on Tieshan, zero communication from management there is no real reason it will stay at these levels. The only thing that keeps it from trips is the o/s remaining the same. If the deal fails, watch the atm show. All Imo.
