One of the lawyers buffet told me that to qualify for the lawsuit you must have minimum USD100K losses...I am assuming that many of us do not sell, in such a case we have no losses...potential losses do not care for them

That is why no more than 7 people by now are joining the case

I insist that has no meaning to sell the shares by now trying to recover through a lawsuit some money...that I guess will be less than 10%

It is much better to have some patience and recover 20/30/40/50% depending on your patience degree

And the naive ones, or the optimists as me, will wait to earn a good ticket in 4 to 6 quarters ahead
