My sentiments also! The SEC needs to formally outlaw all naked shorting and hold people accountable that sell counterfeit shares into the market who are stealing millions of dollars out of the average investors hands! I witnessed it bigtime in RGBP that had over $500 million traded in it in 3 weeks time and it was still down huge on everyone because the shares kept flooding into the market many times over the whole amount of the OS on record at the shown at DTC! Naked shorting decimated that stock's share price bigtime and the SEC does nothing about it as we all took huge losses in that stock which subsequently filled the naked shorting thieves pockets! They need to set up trading in a way that you need ot prove that you have traceable shares like blockchain transactions so naked shorting cannot be accomplished! That needs to be developed and launched into the trading market to safeguard all investors money from all of the naked shorting thieves!
