Anyone who wants such injunctive relief will need to file their own lawsuit. The fact that this hasn't happened yet shows that they must not want it that badly. Inactions speak louder than words.
I have a feeling the same thing will be said about the Warrants once they get exercised.
FNMA forgets it's mostly JPS lawsuits that have gotten us where we are today. There won't be any JPS lawsuits against Warrants

Although, if JPS get Converted to Commons before Warrants are exercised, then we might file a lawsuit for damages.
But I don't think any JPS holder will agree to Conversion until the Warrants have been dealt with.
