Penny traders have an aversion to buying anything outside of the sub to .05 range. Its hilarious. So what if the stock is in the .15 to 1.00 range. If it has the upcoming catalysts to drive it up who cares how much it costs? But they do, and we won't see big buying from the sheep until they realize they have no choice but to hit the ask if they want to play.
