Yeah... nothing wrong with "buy and hold" at all, but for someone to think that it is "the only way" is a bit arrogant in my opinion. Sorta a sign of suffering from "the world revolves around me" complex...

Buy and hold, day trade, swing trade, invest for the next 50 years... doesn't matter to me, do what you think will work best for your particular goals and situation.
