Based on previous messages that I have seen on this board, I believe there is a pattern of Citadel putting in a huge order pegged just below the ask price. Then the order disappears.

There have also been reports on this board, saying that a million or more shares are being sold each morning.

GLTALs we are going to need it, to break out of this cycle.
