Learn how to read a chart and get yourself level 2 and you can see the corruption with your own eyes. There were rules put into place regarding short selling and naked short selling. This was meant to halt the manipulative practice by corrupt banks, hedge funds etc but the SEC has turned a blind eye and the corruption continues.
