I could see offering the shares at a 5-10% discount. That would be at a penny or high .009’s. But why down to .00675. That looks like you don’t have faith in what you’re trying to build. I understand selling the shares to raise money, that’s not uncommon. Let’s hope he can get investors to buy higher than that, but I’m not optimistic. Why would someone pay .01 when they know they can get it for .00675. Let’s just hope they don’t want to sell on open market till .10.
