So VSPC is showing 8 BILLION Shares of which 4.8 BILLION are authorized. VSPC has NOT reported SEC required filing now in almost 2 years. There has not been a public statement out of VSPC for almost 2 years. NO financial reports to the shareholders in almost 2 years. NOTHING FROM COMPANY FOR 2 YEARS. There was a slight stock run early this year, but not based on anything the company did, but rather just a group that manipulated the PPS.

VSPC has a long history of NON performance, lots of claims and NEWs but at the end of the day, nothing happened, just a lot of tall tales. So when there is talk of BIG NEWS, INVESTOR BEWARE!
