The stock pumped and dumped on that PR so it had it's intended effect.


Are you referring to the 9/20 PR or 10/20 PR?
Because I see 2 spikes, around 6/20 & 2/21
A "pump & dump" with a PR all happens withing a few days of the PR.
I don't see any proof that a single PR caused one of these spikes.

If you have followed this stock and claim to know what's going on, then you definitely know what's going to happen to the PPS in the near future.
