MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT - June 10, 2021

The Company continues to work on marketing, new features, partner integrations, white-label business development, expanding the team, testing, security and quality control.

The Company’s Alpha product will be released to the market as a private beta on June 30th 2021. The private beta will be on the mainnet blockchain with real transactions, and open in stages to customers on the waitlist during July and August. The Company expects to release a public version in September.

Based on customer demand, the Company is trying to accelerate the launch of its debit card program and banking account integrations from Q4 to Q3 2021.

On May 31st the Company timely submitted its Quarterly financial statements and Management discussion & Analysis for the first quarter of 2021.

Management continues to work on product, business development and marketing ahead of its private beta release on June 30th 2021.

On May 20th the Company held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

On June 8th the Company issued an Annual Information Form.

The launch of the Alpha Version is part of a strategic roadmap and go-to-market strategy in which new features and products are developed and customers are on-boarded prior to launch, with the objective of going live with revenue generation.

The Company’s Kash Alpha version of the product acquired more than 8,500 customers organically with more than 30% of visitors to the Kash website signing up for a Kash account.
