At this juncture, I believe Nikola to be a premature investment, due to the lack of infrastructure developments for FCEV, and Nikola's slightly worrying cash burn rate. It is almost without a doubt that Nikola would require a secondary offering and debt financing in the near term, which could dilute current shareholder value. Despite there being a great potential upside for the hydrogen market in the longer term, the current risks and uncertainty attributed to investments in Nikola compel me to stay on the sidelines for now.
