You really should do some DD on the three Amigos. They are all dead shells that are being cleaned up by professionals, since January. Dumping by MMG would be detrimental to them, so won't happen. Creditors, on the other hand, are being paid off, mostly with shares. They will sell as fast as they get the shares. Just part of the clean-up process. If this is negative to you then you should not own this stock.

Next Court date is July 14. June 30th is not an important date.
