Nope. But it would be an option if they had the cash to buyout the shareholders. If it was delisted the shareholders would likely take anything they could since they couldn’t sell it for much in the greys.

Very dirty move by Chas if they intentionally devalued the shares but stayed dark to get delisted. Especially since we’ve “heard” that they are going to be current with “no problem”.
