I see a lot of gossip of 98%.

June 2nd OS was 501million.

However, the next day we were hit with 13 million share dilution.

514million OS a/o RFN, so given

4.1million shareholders "US and Abroad" (No clarification of what this means exactly yet)

with average ~120 shares/registered shareholder a/o June2nd

= 492,000,000 / 514,000,000 = 95.7%
