Chuck’s MJ Legalization legislation is the main holdup at this point

SAFE Banking and CBD Legalization have already been filed in the Senate

Everybody is antsy for some action in the cannabis sector

If there is any blessing to the delay (“early part of this year”) in unveiling the legislation, it’s that sellers have been purged and the sector has had several months to reset itself, which sets the stage for the next cannabis rally
