To be fair, I was going to respond to it, and I have no problem with your opinion. I respect it entirely. I don't mean to "pour" on anything.

I just wanted input because the terms of the agreement suggest that Triton no longer has to buy shares. That's all--I wanted to gather thoughts.

It is disappointing IMO, no matter how you look at it, that we have to wonder at all whether Triton will still exercise.
