There are a number of things the company indicates on their website and I have known these guys for years. I am new to the whole message board thing. Just trying to not be too excited. The management team and the new owners are pros. They have pooled a lot of resources and time to take Orpheum as a reverse merger but as indicated many times on this board, the previous majority interests had a good deal of "hair" on them. KLMKH is out of charlotte and they are good folks. As fair disclosure I owned some of their shares as a private company for years. They aren't always on time, but they never quit and do what they say they are going to do. From what I understand and its entirely rumor at this point, the company intends on using its Renewable utility license to start a small scale solar program out there this year, as well as take some of those electric credit and use them in some crypto form or something. Im not sure as to the whole story so take it with a grain of salt, but the idea is to have some diverse energy assets like solar and clean diesel and turn the excess into a crypto market. pretty cool stuff. Again I preface this reply by saying I am not fully aware of everything but I can tell you the guys and gals at KLMKH are serious people and do not have any association with the parties that caused the company so much trouble. We were made aware by current leadership it could take some time to distance the new form the old, but its fine, nothing but time and oil prices are soaring.
