Madhat, it has already been stated that the PP was wrote up and signed awhile ago, but the money is not being put in all at once. Rich stated on a couple occasions that this time around others have put their money in first. The PP sounds to me like a backup plan to keep cash in SeaView if sales dollars don't come in fast enough on a net 90 basis. I am not an expert here and a guessing from what I have read on the board, but it seems like the PP was setup to supply small amounts of cash on a need basis if necessary.
