Completely 100% False. He owns about 4% common stock only now (not to quote the exact amount but it's tiny and insignificant). Why is old information presented as new when that's been long since updated and not only discussed but the evidence shown on the board.

It's not like it hasn't been thoroughly discussed and it's not like it can't be verified because it can by anyone.
