Offerings are never received well....because they dilute the equity of existing shareholders. Not immediately....but eventually. My main problem is the size. 800 million shares on top of an OS that is about 550 million....with a float of a little less than 350 million. That is more than SIGNIFICANT!

Sam Barraza responded quickly to my emails about this nearly a month back. Said that a majority of that will be held in treasury so that if opportunities arise....they'll have the ability to quickly move on that. Made me feel a bit better about the fact that my stake in the company could potentially be decreased by nearly 60%. And I don't think that this will happen....where all that 800 million will be added to the float when restrictions come off. But when radio silence continues....and news about what they are working on doesn't come....it makes me nervous.
