The first sentence is the answer.

"FDA strongly discourages disseminating data from ongoing trials."

It's that simple. Will it actually affect anything at this point? Probably not. Almost certainly not in my opinion. But the FDA has explicitly discouraged it.

Why poke the bear when there is nothing to be gained? We enjoy doing it on this board but in the case of this trial, nitpicking and lawyering the very clear statement from the FDA would not be prudent.
