The details on acquisition of the factory in China have yet to be announced. Does it 2x? 3x? Annual revenue. They are on pace for $4m+ this year just on current ops.

Imagine a company doing $10m+ sales with $800k to $1m net income w/ 16m O/S.

That is a $2 or $3 dollar stock.
