Now on that part as far as the quantity of shares that are offered, I was told it was based on the quantity that you currently owned so if you owned 1 million shares, you were offered 250,000 at that specific price. If you wanted to purchase more shares at the discounted price you can but only if they were available due to the fact that someone else did not exercise their right.
