From my understanding, the offering was at .0014. And I do not believe that the offering fluctuates along with the current stock price. I just recently saw the stock price at .0010 which is 40% cheaper than the initial offering. And I may be wrong in the offering price will adjust with the current market value before the offering is closed. So if you took advantage of the offering add an earlier date, you could possibly pay more for the offering than the current stock value.That part I am uncertain of
