This Merger/Acquisition is more substantial than other penny stock M&A. CNGT is M&A with a company that has 6 million in revenue. Therefore, the risks are great, but so are the rewards. We will hear something by June 15th from what I understand is when the 10Q is to be filed. Correct me, Pennystocktrader if I am wrong on the date.
