If the request for symbol/name change was filed immediately after the Florida SOS update it could take 33 days from that request date for Finra to change the symbol, as per another symbol that changed its ticker today (requested on 5/6/2021):

33 days for GPLA to change to ABIT

This coincides with the 36 day timeframe previously mentioned
