Not meaning to speak for Janet, but will anyway :) When buys significantly outway sells and after significant buys at the ask then the price to drop on minimal $ value sells with the price being painted down on $4 sells, that would indicate manipulation, or the price artificially being held down.

It typically would indicate the MM's know there is a debt holder converting, so they are confident they can keep the price depressed as there will be more shares coming into the market through the conversion of debt.
