Bill S. is an ahole. I think he is converting his p/s into common stock. He should have find an acquisition company and left his p/s as its but he got to be greedy and cash out his p/s and do a R/S. This in effects kill all the shareholders here. I am sorry for those that lost money due to his greeds. JMHO!


Thank god, I still make some profits out of this transaction.
