Info from PCTL is at times like pulling teeth!:

Regarding what came out today, its history:

First, we are expecting testing to be completed within 30 days.

Then at that 30 day mark, we are told a formal report will be out by June 8th.

Then we are surprised to learn that said formal report is only for phase 1, and that there is now a new phase 2 ongoing (Good it was already 4 weeks in, but a surprise nonetheless).

Then on June 8th, that phase 1 formal report is apparently distributed to experts within the industry, but is not provided to we investors though we had been led to believe it would be; all we get is a partially redacted copy of the larger, formal report's brief summary page, and with no larger context to boot (Good stuff, but no context provided).

A sequence of important info doled out piecemeal, a surprise each time, different than what we had been led to believe each time. This is unacceptable. The company, its growth, its growth potential, they seem legit, but terrible, terrible investor relations.

In terms of today, I would have much rather received a widely dispersed PR referencing that a phase 1 formal, professional report has been completed by the 3rd party industry experts and distributed accordingly to the appropriate parties within the industry, and that included confirmation of the tremendous results previously discussed and anticipated. I would have much rather received a PR laying out the big picture of all these tests, what they are for, to whom their reports are to be distributed, and what their plans are for these reports, and where those plans stand. A lousy redacted summary page, that looks cheap and thoughtless, and leaves more questions than answers, is not the way to go here. I expect more. And I am a very large shareholder with big hopes for this company longer term. Nearer term too, but long term especially.

Do a better job of disseminating information and big picture updates, PCTL. Just do it! And tweets, though useful, are absolutely NOT a substitute for well thought out and informative, professional PR's widely distributed to the business wires for all potential investors to see, not just the small subset already aware of the company and its tweets.

Long & Strong! But frustrated!
