I did see that and that’s my feeling too. I don’t doubt they applied and submitted what was needed. I don’t think Zach is a total liar nor that stupid. If he said they applied and he didn’t, that’s easy to prove in court and a blatant case of securities fraud.

Instead, I think they did run into a problem. And, now, they are trying to fix it or address OTC Markets concerns. But we have a right to know that. I also think there has been problems with the larger fundings. My guess is it fell through and Triton is all Zach could get. As I’ve said before, not great. Different from others, I’m not particularly impressed with Triton. Clearly, neither was the market. We’ve gone DOWN since it was announced. I don’t see Triton as having much clout and even then, VNUE is only guaranteed 1M from them by 12/31 IF the 16M market cap is maintained. That means a very slow deployment cycle for Soundstr. The other 1M in warrants is an option. And certainly, a 1M commitment from Triton over several months is a far cry from the 3-5M in funding mentioned in the Fall and the high 7 figure funding mentioned in April. WTF ever happened to those fundings?

Maybe those too are contingent on uplist but why not TELL us that. I for one am getting frustrated with being kept in the dark.
