While Benoit Laliberte was convicted on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors, you have to wonder if he is simply criminally incompetent.

As President, CEO and CFO of UAMA, Mr. Laliberte signs off on the Pink disclosure documents and the financials. Does he check them before signing?
