Yep there were too many flippers in this deal today along with that Ex CEO seller. That made it a down day on $50 million in potential revenues. While it doesn't make sense today it totally cleared the stock for a nice upside move to .03 because next time there wont be 18 million shares of selling into the rally. The stock is still very undervalued given how expensive just the California license is.
