UAMA a truly troubled enterprise! Caveat Emptor!

Blockdomes under a Court Order to shut-down and restore land to pure agricultural use due to land-use violations. Who builds without proper building approvals? Seems like they may be operating in contempt of court despite their best efforts to act as a landlord and deflect the risk. Dumb and dumber!

TNW Wireless a total failure under Benoit Laliberte. He screwed up the opportunity to build on a market-ready wholesale carrier business when he bought RuralCom. Now it's worthless and, according to latest quarterly Pink filings, he's looking at launching an MVNO business in BC and the Yukon. Competitors Bell and Telus have built out kill any need to roam onto any working TNW Wireless network, so won't be any inbound roaming. He also let the signed and executed agreements with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon expire.

UAMA et a, witnessed by the latest filings, does not itself have the capital nor does the enterprise have access to institutional money. Without access to substantial capital you can't build an MVNO business!I know as I built the largest MVNO in the US and know what it takes to compete against the largest national carriers with established brands and distribution. Neither Benoit Laliberte nor Lawry Trevor-Deutsch has any relevant experience in wireless or distribution in a highly-competitive environment to pull that off.

Seems the biggest barrier for UAMA is the criminal convictions of Benoit Laliberte, President, CEO and CFO of United American Corp. (UAMA).
